What do you like the best?
One of the best features of Gusto is that at the first glimpse it looks very easy to operate. It actually reduced the fear of complexity for me in terms of operating any POS device. Whenever there are any challenges or confusions, the customer service have been very friendly in sorting out the problem. Besides, the lower price also convinced me to give it a try and the result was satisfactory.
What do you dislike?
Had there been any instant help or guideline option I could have got accustomed with it much faster. Random contacting with the customer service was bothering me. Also after all the transaction, the total payroll cost cannot be received. I also faced some complexity while updating the tax information in the system
Recommendation to others after considering the product:
I would recommend this POS to the startup companies because of its cheap price and features. Since there will be a continuous support from the customer service, so it will not be much of a problem.
What business problem are you solving? What benefits have you realized?
Once I get used to it, it is very easy to take care of other things. I found the payroll system is user friendly and more convenient for a small organization with 5 or less people.
